DAOTX Insurance Terms

These Insurance Terms ("Terms") govern the cryptocurrency trading insurance service ("Insurance") provided by the DAOTX platform.

This Insurance is provided by DAOTX Technology Ltd. For inquiries: support@daotx.com

1. Insurance Coverage

This insurance covers trading losses caused by:

  • AI trading strategy errors - When algorithm predictions significantly deviate from actual market movements
  • Extreme market volatility - Price fluctuations exceeding 30% within 24 hours
  • Platform system failures - Technical issues affecting trade execution

2. Insurance Fees

Features automatic billing:

  • 0.2% of each transaction amount (e.g., 20 USDT fee for 10,000 USDT trade)
  • Fees automatically deducted from trading account balance
  • No manual payments required

3. Compensation Conditions

Compensation applies under these scenarios:

4. Claims Process

  1. File Claim: Submit complete application within 72 hours of loss
  2. Review: Platform review completed in 5-7 business days
  3. Payout: Compensation paid in USDT within 3 business days post-approval

Late submissions will not be processed

5. Exclusions

Not covered:

  • Compensation exceeding 50% of total account value
  • Force majeure events:
    • War, natural disasters
    • Global financial crises
    • Government regulatory actions
  • User operational errors
  • Transactions violating platform rules

6. Policy Term

  • Activation: Immediate upon first fee payment
  • Term Options:
    • Monthly (auto-renewal, cancel anytime)
    • Quarterly (5% discount)
    • Annual (12% discount)
  • Change term anytime in account settings

7. Important Notes

This is not investment insurance. Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk. Compensation paid in USDT equivalent.

Maximum compensation per cycle: 50% of account value.
